How long will my composition last?

Our compositions can last for months, even up to a year, but their longevity depends on where they’re placed. Direct sunlight, humidity, or air flows can affect the quality over time. For best results, keep your composition away from sunny windows, drafty areas, and humid spaces like bathrooms with showers or bathtubs. Please note that we do not use any chemicals to extend the lifespan of our dried flowers.

How can I be sure my flower order will arrive on time?

At Carminis, we understand the importance of your flower delivery arriving when you need it. We will work diligently to ensure your order is processed and delivered with the utmost care and attention to detail. Once your order is received, it will take around 3 working days for the order to be processed and 1-2 days more to be delivered.

What if the composition I receive do not cover my expectations?

We have a 30-days return policy after your purchase date. After this time, no refund is possible.

Please contact us by writing an email to info@carminis(dot)shop with a picture of the product and explaining us why you are not satisfied with it. Please send it back in the original packaging you received it or a similar one (hard cartoon box). After receiving your delivery, we will inspect it and send you an email informing your of the return of the the money or not. If your return is approved, we will send you the money back using the original payment method which you used. We will also refund you the cost of your delivery. The refund will take some days after you have received our email.

Can I order compositions shown in the homepage but that are currently not in the online Shop?

Yes, that is possible. If we do not show a composition in the online shop under “shop at Carminis” is because the product is sold out! In that case, please go to our Contact page and request our catalogue. There you will have the name of the composition you like and its price. Only then you will be able to order it using our contact form and selecting “Purchase Request“. In the message you can write the name of the product you are interested in. We will process your order within 5 working days!. In this case, the payment method is TWIN or bank transfer.

We are a company and we request a large purchase, is this possible?

Absolutely! Please request from us at info@carminis(dot)shop our catalogue for companies where you can see the discounts we can offer you if you have a larger request. We also offer you the possibility to advise you on the best product or product combination according to your business and vision.

We are a company but we would like the option of lending a product, how does this work?

If you’re interested in this service, please reach out to us under info@carminis(dot)shop to request our lending information pamphlet. It provides details on our seasonal product options and pricing, tailored to fit your needs. This option is only available for businesses.

Will I get the same composition as in the picture of the catalogue?

Each composition is uniquely crafted, so your product may vary slightly from the one shown, as every piece of wood and flower is distinct. However, we’ll strive to create a similar arrangement that captures the essence of the original.

A couple of flowers in my composition lost its color after many months, can I order the same flowers from Carminis?

Absolutely! Simply email us at info@carminis(dot)shop with a picture of the flowers you’d like to refresh. We’ll send you new dried flowers per post so you can revitalize your beloved composition.

As a valued customer, you also have the option to purchase new flowers. Just mention this in your email, and we’ll send you a list of our available dried flowers so you can choose your favorites!
